My name is Héctor Rodríguez. I was born in 1997 in Roquetas de Mar, a coastal town in the province of Almería, in Southern Spain. I am a general dentist for adults and an interceptive orthodontist for children, currently inscribed and working in France (RPPS number: 10107533266).
I graduated in 2021 from the University of Granada. Soon after, I changed the migas for the galettes de sarrasin, and the badlands of the Nasrid Kingdom for the green fields of Brittany, in North Western France. I have been working and living here ever since, and I couldn’t be happier. While I will never cease to be a proud Spaniard and a proud Almeriense, I have found in Brittany the most welcoming home ever. I love the Breton people, the Breton land, and the Breton culture, and I am so lucky to be able to practice in a country like France, so full of opportunities for us healthcare providers. My experience with my French coworkers has been, for the most part, splendid. I hope to continue living, growing, learning, and practicing in this country for many, many more years.
I completed my Interceptive Orthodontics training in 2024 in Paris. Before becoming a dentist, I worked as a series extra and as a farm worker in Spain. You can check out my LinkedIn page.
Apart from being passionate about dentistry and all the things related, I also love Science in general, History, Economics, Art, and languages. I speak Spanish, English, and French fluently, and I have a basic level of modern Greek. I also have some knowledge of German and Mandarin.
In general, I enjoy learning about the world we live in, and about those that inhabit it. I also love animals, and I have some veterinary training.
I like kayaking, Celtic music, strategy video games and cooking. I am a vegetarian.
